Policy

  1. Any store credit offered must be used within 60 calendar days of receiving it. Please be sure to use credit within that time frame as store credit after 60 days will not be accepted.
  2. We are not responsible for flowers after 48 hours.
  3. We do not guarantee exact delivery times. (ex. Putting 5:00pm as the delivery time does not guarantee delivery at exactly 5:00pm unless confirmed with us).
  4. After we attempt a delivery we do not attempt delivery again unless it's paid for again. If order is picked up due to an unsuccessful delivery, a refund for the delivery is not available as it was attempted.
  5. You MUST check yes for secret admirer orders. We are not responsible if you check no instead of yes. Please call us if you make this mistake as we do not reach out.
  6. We are not responsible for secret admirer orders that are not picked up. See #2. 
  7. Putting "asap" as the pick up/delivery date may cause delays as we need an exact date. If the order is missed, you are responsible and we cannot offer a refund because an actual date is needed.
  8. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS! We offer a gift card in the amount spent.
